THE SELECTION
Our Barcelona apartments are a selection of 10 city center apartments flats and studios for short-term rentals.

BEST LOCATION
All ten apartments are located next to Plaza catalunya and 100 metres away from the Ramblas. We have at our doorstep 24 hours of buses to the airport, three subway stops, one train station (100 meters). We are on one of the most important streets in Barcelona having access to flags taxis 24 hours a day.

24 HOUR RECEPTION WE TAKE CARE OF YOU
Apart from what you will see in the pictures we have a 24-hour reception (in low season we close down partially during the night). In general when you book an apartment in Barcelona you are on your own.
Nowadays in order to rent apartments for short-term rentals you have to be a company authorized by the local government to operate as serious business catering for the needs of your guests.

For such we decided to have for our apartments a reception as in a hotel where we can take care of you in case you need us. Also when you book other apartments in Barcelona they are always charging you extra money as a deposit and for cleaning.

We are like a hotel in that sense, we clean every day our apartments which are strictly non -smoking

Also in terms of reservations we apply a simple policy in reliance with government laws that is simple a credit card guarantee that we charge only if you do not show up or do not comply with our cancellation policy for short-term rentals of Barcelona apartments.
