PRICES of our Barcelona Apartments ( not valid for special events, fairs , congresses)

Low season starting at 69 euros per studio and 89 per apartment per night (2 persons) 7% vat not included

High season starting at 79 euros per studio and 99 per apartment 7% vat not included

Ask for weekly and monthly rates that can apply for up to a 20 % discount.

Extra beds are at 20 euros per person per night 7% vat not included

Children under 12 using existing beds stay for free. That means if they sleep in the parent’s bed.

Check in time: Apartments are ready after 2pm but you may come to reception earlier to drop off your bags.

Check out time is at 11.00 am sharp. If not we will not have time to get the apartments ready for incoming guests

The following is the information we need of you in order to make a booking:

  • Time of arrival.
  • By what means you are arriving, so we know where you are if something happens.
  • A fax number or email so that we can confirm the booking.
  • We only reserve via credit card, Visa or Master card. The numbers should only be given by phone or fax or via a secure web page we will forward to you.
  • Full payment required on arrival
  • The credit card must be a valid all the way through until the departure.

HOW TO BOOK OUR BARCELONA APARTMNETS

Please give us a call, or send us an email to ask for availability. We will inform you immediately and then you may give us all the details over the phone by fax or but a secure email link secure by verisgn. That we will forward to you.

Once we have the information required we would then confirm by email or by fax so you can have printed copy of the booking and off all the transport details on how to get to our office.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF OUR BARCELONA APARTMENTS

We have a simple policy with credit card bookings for our Barcelona apartments. We do not charge the credit card. On your arrival you may pay in cash or via credit card, unless otherwise specified.

However, you have up until 15 days prior to your arrival to cancel. If you do not cancel in the period of 15 days your barcelona apartment before you arrive, we will reserve the right to charge you one night of the booking established.

Also, once booked in or registered shortened stays will not be accepted.

Note. Our Barcelona apartments are booked very much in advance. Since we specialize in short stays the same policy applies as above to our Barcelona Apartment bookings, but in the case of a no show or a same day cancellation, the full amount due can be charged to you in accordance to decret 53/1994 del Departament de Turisme i Comerç de la Generalitat de Catalunya. ©L&C associates 2006
